Acceptance of terms
By using this website (seawallrepairmiami.com) or contacting Seawall Repair Miami through the forms, phone numbers, or email addresses published here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information to us.
Website content
The content on this site, including text, images, schema, and code, is provided for informational purposes and to help waterfront property owners understand seawall repair options in Miami-Dade. Pricing ranges, timelines, regulatory references (including the Miami Beach 5.7 ft NAVD ordinance), and engineering descriptions are summaries and subject to project-specific verification. Always confirm current code with the relevant authority and obtain a written, scoped estimate before relying on any number on this site for budgeting or compliance purposes.
Service scope
Seawall Repair Miami provides marine construction services including seawall repair, replacement, inspection, polyurethane foam injection, helical pile anchoring, cap restoration, tieback repair, sheet piling, seawall elevation to current ordinance requirements, riprap installation, storm damage repair, emergency stabilization, dock and boat lift services, commercial marine construction, and related permit assistance. All work is performed in accordance with applicable Florida law and local building codes by licensed and insured personnel. Specific scope, materials, methods, timeline, warranty, and pricing are governed by the written contract for each project, which supersedes anything on this website.
Estimates and contracts
Inspections and written estimates are provided at no cost and create no obligation on either party. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement specifying scope, price, and terms. Any work commenced without such a signed agreement is performed solely as emergency stabilization or as expressly authorized in writing.
Warranties
Warranty terms are stated in writing on each project contract. Typical warranty terms include 10 years on polyurethane foam void fill (transferable), 25 years on helical pile structural performance, 5 years on cap workmanship, and 10 years on new seawall workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage from acts of God, named storms exceeding design wave loading, intentional damage, vessel impact, or alterations performed by parties other than Seawall Repair Miami. The full and exclusive warranty for any specific project is the warranty stated on that project's contract.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this website or our services is limited to the amount actually paid to us under the relevant project contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, and original images on this site are owned by Seawall Repair Miami or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference use.
Third-party links
This site contains links to third-party resources such as Miami Beach's Rising Above program, Web3Forms, and Google services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
